DOMESTIC SHIPPING. 

Because of the nature of our items, we offer white glove delivery which will be invoiced after purchase and ensures careful packaging, includes a two-person delivery team, in-home placement in the room of your choosing, and removal of any packaging. Please note you are responsible for ensuring the item will fit inside entry points upon delivery of the item. White glove delivery does not include removal of old furniture, or rearranging existing furniture. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or a Parcel Pick-up.

Items must be inspected at the time of delivery. We will repair any item that is reported as damaged from shipping upon delivery. Damaged items will need to be reported on the shipping document or bill of lading at delivery. Orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivery and installation is accepted by the client. A signed delivery document confirms the order was delivered without damages.

Shipping and handling can be an additional 2-4 weeks depending on the shipping company. We will contact you when your order is ready to ship to finalize a delivery date, most of which occurs Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm PT. 

LOCAL DELIVERY - LOS ANGELES AREA ONLY.

Local delivery is available within the Los Angeles area. This service is available in a 40-mile radius from 90016 and starts at a flat rate of $300.

RETURNS.

All sales are final. A signed delivery document confirms the order was delivered without damages. We will gladly repair any item that is reported as damaged upon delivery. All materials are unique and vary in characteristics depending on the manufacturer and production line. These are not considered defects or imperfections and cannot be disputed as they enhance the character of the piece. Orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivery and installation is accepted by the client.

WARRANTY.

Each piece is made to order, therefore we are unable to offer a warranty. Please be sure to consult with Dona Nati regarding preserving longevity and proper care of your piece. As natural materials age, there will be some natural shifts in the grain and/or color, which is to be expected and are not considered defects. Dona Nati will only attempt repairs related to faulty craftsmanship within 90 days.
